On the 30th October 2023, I called in requesting account settlement letter and was lucky enough to encounter one of your employees, Noxolo Nongauza.Throughout my telephonic deliberation , she was courteous and helpful and went out of her way to ensure that all my needs were met. She provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.
