Constant calls/even tho i asked for emails

Good day. I am receiving constant calls from Norton, obv due to me owing money to Virgin Money. My frustration comes from the fact that I have on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS asked that they communicate via email only - as I cannot take calls during office hours. also, I would like it on black and white. they keep on contacting me by phone and obviously charging me. What is even more frustrating is that Virgin Money (the debt that they are contacting me for), has said they will respond why it cannot be added to my debt review. I actually also need a response to that request and also because I am now being charged interest I cannot afford. if I was on the debt review, it would have been included in my monthly amount, interest reduced and no calls etc - therefore further charges! Please respond, this is ridiculous. A person that doesn't have money seems to get done in! Please assist with an email!!!
