Once again a fellow South African that either works at FinChoice or is family of someone that works there, stole my cellular number to create debt. This rude company is where I was handed over to, no indication of what it is for, etc, just they demand payment in 7 days. Now, call me stupid, but do you not check your facts before your so rudely demand money from someone!!?? I had the displeasure of talking to OLEBOGENG. That woman has zero customer service experience. She rumbled some African name off and asked if it was me, keeping in mind that I gave my name right in the beginning of the conversation. I asked her if I sounded African. I expect an attorney firm to do their homework before just demanding money. But, then, the way the people that work there, speak to you, due diligence is not their top priority! What a joke of a firm!
