Calling me but dont talk

<p>I received a call last month regarding an account that was handed to them, I then made an arrangement to pay in installments. I have requested the banking details from them but I have not received it, now they calling me but as I answer they drop the call!!!!!!! Can someone please forward me the details so that I can keep to my arrangements</p>
