Bad Service for a Law firm

I had an outstanding amount owed to Telkom which was handed to Norton Attorneys, arrangements was made to pay this off and even though arrangements were made they harassing me for payment. Norton added so much charges to the outstanding amount owed that I decided to settle the account on the 11 January 2016. I had a future dated payment on my account to the amount of R3272.58 for the 5 February 2016, unfortunately I forgot to cancel this after settling the account and it went off on the date specified. Since then I have been battling to get the monies refunded. I have been dealing with Adelaide and Kamo and all they can tell me is that it depends on accounts dept when I get my refund, I work out of the country and have to keep calling them as they do not answer to my emails. Norton is a ******* debt collector that makes money off people that are battling to survive<br> <br>
