I have been calling Norton and there is a lady from accounts by the name of Lesego she keeps telling me i will receive my paid-up letter for about two months now and there is only one lady that works at admin, so she says so it means their service is so bad that they are so *********** i just need my paid up letter from this stupid lawyers.
