Bad service

Good Morning. I have tried getting my paid up letter from you for weeks now. Could you just sort this out. ***. I have another company calling me everyday as this account was handed over to them as well. The lady Samatha Maseko just does not see the urgency in the matter. It seems they have not paid Vodacom , now I am thretened by this company. Poor service
