Bad service
I have an RCS loan account I was paying the money directly to RCS and could never get hold of them (during Covid) they handed my account over to these attorneys who state that I must pay them, but they cannot locate the money that I have already paid almost R20k and seem to think that I should just forget about it The sent me statements from RCS after months of me and Legalwise requesting this and then still no payments are shown on the statements. I have sent them proof of payments numerous times and they say that they never received them It's disgusting that someone has either ****** my money or they are just 0lain useless at what they do
