Bad service

Hello Peter, I'm having a problem with Norton lambrionos attorney, since on 2018 July my credit card and loan were handed over to them by standard bank, but since I've been paying R 2000 which it was debited on my account monthly but now they have sent an email stating that they have never received anything from me and I'm still owing standard bank, I don't understand why coz the money I've paid is more than the amount that I was owing. since 2018 July
