Good day,
I have a absa loan that was handed over to your offices. I have made a payment arrangement with your offices to pay you R500.00 a month. I have paid for the past 2 months. Today a called in to request a copy/confirmation of the payment arrangement and I was told I could not get it because I have not paid you for 3 months yet. This makes no sense at all. All I need is confirmation that there is a payment arrangement in place for the debt why cant you give it to me?

I have a sms in my possession whereby your offices accept my payment arrangement , I also received more than one call where your staff agreed to the R500.00. Never once was I told that the arrangement is below what needs to be paid.
And the information that you are proving is conflicting, so who is lying? Should I tak this to the legal practice council for them to assist me?
I called in this morning asking for a Manager and no one has called me to date. Or should I report this to Absa board of directors and they can then decide if they still want to make use of your law firm because you are bringing their name into disrepute.
So I am now asking again, can someone call me immediately
