Bad service

These people they call us day and night saying we need to accounts after I paid my account last year December now am the one calling everyday for a paid up letter and for my credit to be updated no one seems to be able assist now am still setting with a debt that I paid for and struggling to get any new debt because them please send me a paid letter I was told supervisor will call me till today there's no call
