Bad customer service and unprofessionalism

The staff at this firm are so rude! I received a call from someone who was meant to be following up on behalf of a colleague but she had a disgusting attitude and claims that "she's just trying to help me". She refused to listen to anything I was saying and just kept repeating herself in a very condescending manner. People who choose to work in the service industry should not have an attitude like this - professionalism is key.
