Bad Customer care and Service

Experince with them was and still is disappointing, they dont have customer service, thier agents dont know what they are doing. You ask 3 different agents about 1 account but they tell you different stories each....I struggled to have my account settled with them and I was promised a 40% discount to settle my account paid the amount I was asked but the following week im told I owe momey again.....Sooooo sooooo Disappointed really never ever ever will I again do or want any sort of business with them. Thier agents can even spell on whats app they cant take accountability
