Bad attitude and service

On 28November 2017 I called Norton lambrianos to find out about my standard bank credit card current balance and the lady called acanstacia mokoena she was so rude to me,all she did was to assist me with an stink Attitude and when I tried to ask further questions she hang up the phone while still busy talking to her. Please pull out the call and listen to the recordings. If shes gonna continue to provide such service she will never go far in life and your company will suffer because of her.
