Back and forth battle , I just want to pay my account!

This review will show the email I sent to the attorneys and explains all the phones I’ve been making between two company’s WHICH is norton & MTN:

ME TO NORTON : I would like to make a formal complaint , based on an sms that’s been sent to me on the 6.nov 2020 states that the account with Norton has been closed down and that I needed to contact MTN for further arrangements. I called Norton and I was told by an advisor that the last payment would have been made October of this year and that they would cancel my debit order . They did exactly that and explained I needed to set something up with MTN. I then called to do that !!!!

However the reason for the email today was that I have been calling Norton and MTN numerous times with regards to who payments should be made to , I was advised by Norton it’s closed and payments should be made to MTN , I then called MTN multiple times yet again and I was told 2 things , that payments should not be made to MTN because the account on their end still shows it’s with an external legal department which is you guys, Oh and that I should take this matter up with you guys to update your system so that it shows you have passed it back over to MTN NOW!!!! So honestly I don’t know where I stand and this account could’ve been closed and now I’m missing 3 payments because nobody can tell me who I should pay. I will be leaving all this on hello Peter as well. How is it that I have to chase everyone to make payments where as you should be calling me to make them.

I’d like to mention as well I know collection agencies add onto the debt you owe a company and because I was told by an advisor from Norton that the account has been closed and sent back the charges will fall away because the extra charge was for the service of Norton collecting the payments on behalf of MTN so there for I do not expect to pay extra charges specially after this as well
