Norton- Lambrianos are a bunch of **** artisit, ive been paying my credit card through them diligently for years, even though the pay back amount was very low i couldnt afford it and had to pay monthly, for years, as interest was app****, i finally got to a position where i could pay the reduced amount that was offered and would be settling. They used to harass me month after month for payment, but now i cant get them to send me a settlement letter, i have to call repeatedly, the whatsapp service is unhelpful, i paid the amount they advised, a few days later they said it was not enough, instead of fight that, because they sent me a discounted amount that i paid, i said fine what is the balance, its a small amount and i will pay it, i then paid it. Then they sent me another bill, i called in, they then said i dont need to pay extra as ive paid the amount i was supposed to, and they will send my settlement letter, i then called in again, they then said my payment is not reflecting, i confirmed the amount and they said its the right amount, but i must send proof of payment, i sent proof of payment, through their whatsapp site, the person confirmed receipt of the documents, and said they will allocate the funds once received and then they will send my settlement letter, the consultant confirmed that i paid the correct amounts and i can expect the settlement letter. Now, i have received another bill, no response from the whatsapp team, i then called in, the lady says shes referring it to another department, and of course nothing is resolved and she told me i must just wait for that department to get back to me. These people harassed me to settle my account, and now i cant get a settlement out of them. This is absolutely ridiculous
