Account debited but payment not allocated

Hello peter<br> <br> Norton Attorneys debited an amount of R418.00 from my account on behalf of Tracker but that amount was never allocated to my account. I have tried numerous times to call them and resolve the matter but their consultants keeps on making empty promises.<br> <br> This has been going on since October 2015 and every time i call the consultants keep saying they are referring the matter to their manager and they will get back to me but they never do, when i call again they treat my matter as new and again they say they are referring the matter to their managers and it goes on and on.<br> <br> Can you please assist as i am using a lot of airtime trying to resolve this issue, R418.00 might seem little but to me it matters. I am lost for words as i feel like i am taken for a fool.
