ACCOUNT CLEARED AND PAID UP LETTER DELAYED

I had a RCS loan that was then referred to their lawyers I settled the account on the 14th July 2017 I called RCS for a paid up letter they referred me to their attorneys saying they are the one's who need to provide me with the letter I called the Norton people it is now over a month and weeks my ITC record has not been cleared and they have put me on default on an account that is paid I spoke to Lesego, Buhle and Nobantu and till to date non of them sends me feedback regarding the process of the letter. this is seriously an inconvenience because my things are waiting because they haven't cleared my name I am unable to get a job at any Financial institution because of this.
