Abusing their right to phone call charges
I am tired of these people(Norton Lambrianos Attorneys) abusing there right, I have an outstanding amount that I owe Nedbank these people are collecting funds for Nedbank. In 2013 I was owing Nedbank R2000 end November , so I phoned them asking for settlement balance and they never comeback to me! after 3 months they phone me for a payment telling them I am waiting on them for a settlement balance again never comeback to me. After a big fight and lots of telephone charges to my account, I decided to pay them R100 until the account is settled after 6 months they started phoning me again non stop can asking if we could \increase"the amount I was paying back"
