Absolutely appalled
Due to circumstances I lost my job and have been without an income for over a year. I could not pay my debt. I did inform the relevant people but it was completely out of my hands. I receive an email from one of their consultants, and I am given absolutely no choice. Either pay the only R300 per month I get help with or I will get summonsed and extra costs will be added. I begged to be assisted the month after so I can make more arrangement as my kids need the monies, but no they have absolutely no compassion. I am also told, "I was in a position to pay". Who on earth gave anyone of your consultants the right to tell me how I was able to do so? If I was sure I would have made payments. Hope your firm is very proud of taking much much-needed food money from kids just because you cannot wait or accommodate someone with no income. WELL DONE!!!
