Northgate Shopping NIghtmare!

Over the last few weekends I have grown increasingly frustrated at Northgate when events at The Dome are on. Numerous entrances are BLOCKED OFF. I usually go there to the Virgin Active yet I almost always unable to get anywhere near it on weekends. When the Jeremy Clarkson event was on, Northgate parking was taken for the demos. This resulted in pure traffic chaos. Cars, taxis driving down lanes in the WRONG direction. <br> Last weekend it took me THIRTY minutes to exit the Centre. It took just as long to drive from the Virgin Active to the Dischem! If I had known I would have walked there and back!<br> <br> I then decided to email Northgate Centre Management outlining my experiences. To date, I have received NO REPLY.<br> <br> Today( Sunday) I went to the gym again. This time, The road off Northumberland was totally congested. TWO entrances were blocked off from that side meaning all traffic from that side was directed to ONE entrance. Once again I sat and sat and sat going nowhere-only this time on the public road.....not even in the Centre.<br> <br> When I phoned, I was told by a security guard NO ONE from Management worked on a Sunday. Their failure to respond to both my contacts has left me angry.
