Night guards abuse of power

Hi I would like to write a complain about Northgate Night guard, in my personal experience I received this week it was very scary and alerting, The guards for some reasons are an angry individuals , the use the power to abuse shoppers , I saw an old man who was victimized because he had a breakdown and was waiting for help however he was that side of spur parking and he couldn't afford to go to the toilet and quickly ran to the trees up there and he took a ****(i know its against the policy) how they treated him was painful and full of hate , they were now talking Shona and being rude saying south africans are lazy, spoiled and they think they are better than everyone, they took the man however the released him after he gave them bribe.Law enforcement its about being objective and you are dealing with peoples lives , I had heard now so many complaints about this night guard patrolers abusing power on citizens and the mall has done nothing to improve this
