Lifts and escalators not working at Northgate Mall

On Tuesday the 13th of October i visited Northgate Mall. I used entrance 3 and wanted to go Standard Bank in my high heeled shoes and my energetic son only to find out the escalators and the lift are not working. I used the stairs and on my way back my son missed a step and fell down. Thanks to your private securities they quickly picked him up as i was coming down slowly. I thank God my son was not badly injured. If the Mall can at least have one of the services work all the time i will greatly appreciate.
