I was so impressed with her Customer service

I went to Dischem Northgate on Sunday 23/04/2023 and at the till was a lady by the name of Mbali, and at her till there was some vitamins she took her time explaining to us the pricing and the benefits of having them and I was so impressed and I said to her why are they waisting you at the till while you should be doing marketing and I thought let me pass message because I was so impressed with Mbali that is the kind of customer service would like to get when going to retail shops I'm impressed with her service
