FNB Northgate Mall~Poor Service

Fnb Branch at North!! I am sooo flipping upset Their service is sooo flipping poor and upsetting... I went to the brant to open and Acc and a guy that I can't remember his name helped me while we were on the process of my Acc I got an emergency and I had to go to Nedbank quickly. The guy said I can go and come back to sign while he's still busy.. Unfortunately I couldn't went back quickly and when I got back the guy was left home already, and I was soo supposed coz some other staff was still working. I left my cell number and contact details for him to call me to make arrangements so I can get back my ID and proof of address as he locked it on his locker. No one called and I had to make means to drive from Naturena to Northgate mall.. When I got there the guy was off, a Team leader Call Simphiwe Msibi tried to get a key to open a locker so I could get my staff but there was no extra key I guess.. He then told me to come back following day, I told him I can't coz I'm a very busy person ill be busy for the next weeks and I stay far, he said "Whenever you come ill be here, I am a team leader I am always here my Name is Simphiwe" I said ok.. I went back I think after 2 weeks and the guy helped me was there and he told me the Team leader took my ID and he said he gave it to me, I was soo shocked and I told them he did not. To make it short they looked for my ID and couldn't get it...They were soo rude an ****ed off and told me I couldn't left my ID from the first place coz they don't keep clients things.. I couldn't hold myself I got so upset. Simphiwe told me to go and he will do a follow up and find out where my ID is... He promised to contact me however he did not, I tried to email him several times his not replying... I am sooo ****en upset becoz I need to spend money to do another ID at home Affairs, I need to wake up very early to stand on line at home affairs. I have sooo many things I need to do with my ID but I don't have time at all.... Besides my ID looking at that branch how they work and treat customers they are sooo bad, very bad... I think the management of that branch need to check her/his team coz they something I can't even mantion. I regret the day I stepped my foot on that nonsense Branch
