Disabled Parking

I live just down the road from Northgate shopping center so naturally I do most of my shopping there. <br> I do find though that every time I am up there it is impossible to find a disabled parking that has not been taken over by either a contractors vehicle or a money collection van or else a inconsiderate able bodied person.<br> As my husband is in a wheel chair this makes things very difficult when I have to then find a normal parking bay, at least I am most of the time with my husband but what about the people that don't have anyone with them to help as it is the normal parking spaces are tiny now imagine trying to get a wheel chair between two cars there. The biggest problem is that when you bring it to the security or car guards attention they will tell you it is not their job to monitor it, so please Northgate shopping center tell me who's job it is? As this is getting worse and worse every time we are there and is getting to a point that I would rather drive the extra distance to shop at a center that does monitor their disabled parking bays.
