Absa Branch Northgate not the Best Bank for Business Banking

The worst Absa Branch for Business Banking.

After joining this bank in 2018 my experience has been nothing but a terrible and disappointing experience.There was one consultant that I praised before because he always goes out of his way to assist his customers. The Manageres behaves as if she is doing you a favour when she assist customers.In 4 years she has never returned any calls.Today the bank is full of customers they have two tellers lots of other staff doing jobs which are not servicing customers. Never a smile and the Manageres never smiles and certainly dont know her customers. People like myself who is a lawyer and do business banking because we cannot do it any other way require bulk banking services these services no longer exist. I will shortly leave this Bank as I am sure other Banks will gladly preder a high profile Business Client thats appreciated not only for the business I bring.
