NORTHRAND ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Northrand road animal hospital has been taking care of my four-legged children for many years. Not only are they professional and always ready to help, but the staff goes that extra mile to make me and my babies feel part of the family. They know each of my pets, take care of them with love and gentleness as if it is their own pets. They have stood by me and my family through new pet additions to health scares, cat-fights and the sad passings of a few of our beloved pet-children. From the friendly office staff, to the vet assistants and doctors, each one showed love and empathy when needed. Not to mention the follow up calls to ask about our sick animals' progress and true interests in the health of our pets. On several occasions I took my cat or our beloved pug to them and if the doctor on duty was not 100% comfortable with the diagnosis or if it was a complicated case, they called in the oppinion of a second doctor. Over the time span of more than15 years, I only ever received good treatment at Northrandroad Animal Hospital. For me and my four-legged kids, they are like family! THANK YOU, for always being there.
