Terrible workmanship

My vehicle was previously repaired at North City Panelbeaters in May 2014. When I tried to trade my car in they told me that the repairs had not been done properly. I went back to NCP to complain and dropped my car off on 9 March 2015. I was then phoned on 13 March 2015 to collect my car. However, when I inspected my car the repairs had still not been rectified properly. I had to leave my car there again. I was then phoned on Wednesday 18 March 2015 and told I could collect my car. When I went to collect it there were new chips that had not been there either when I dropped off my car on 9 March 2015 or when I went back to try and collect it on 18 March 2015! As a dealer buying on auction there is no guarantees. Still the seller needs to describe the recon cost on the vehicle. It was described with a recon cost of R3500 , and the total to spend is more than R30 000. When I questioned the seller about the description the were unwilling to help. I would be cautious about buying a vehicle from the same seller.
