Tough experience with North City Panel Beaters
I struggled with North City Panelbeaters, Kramerville, Johannesburg. They kept my car for 4 months for what I thought would take 3 days to fix. They incorrectly told me my rearview mirror was discontinued and had to be replaced with a different type of rearview mirror. I did my own research and told them the correct part number to find the right rearview mirror. They returned the car after FOUR MONTHS, ridden with BUGS. The bug infestation spread to my pantry as well and I am spending a fortune correcting this Also, they haven't been calling me back - I have been wanting to know if they have my Android Auto which was in the car. I was disappointed with the whole experience.

The staff are truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and quick to address any concerns without being defensive. The most unprofessional panelbeaters I had to deal with. Lie about waiting for parts yet Audi confirmed all parts were delivered, when you confront them with facts, they ignore your calls because they have identity calls and never return your calls or messages. 3 months without a car now.
