Promised & Over Delivered
<p>After being involved in an accident I had taken my car into Northcity to be assessed, from the moment I got there I was treated to excellent service by the staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>As the parts would take some time to be delivered I was made aware of safer driving technics and the suggested speed to travel at as the hood of my car was loose. The staff went the extra mile by securing the hood of the car allowing me to continue to use it as it is a means of getting to and from work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Knowing that the car is my only means of transport and turnover of service is usually 15 working days, Northcity had said they would see what they could do to get it to me sooner.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise they over delivered on their promise and had the car available to me in 9 working days. There were many parts that needed to be replaced yet they managed to deliver on their promise and for this I am thankful. </p> <p> </p> <p>With all parts replaced and the car looking brand new, I can easily say I am a very satisfied customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>To the team at Northcity Panelbeaters, I thank you!</p>
