Poor workmanship on ecosport

<p>On 02/02/2016 a lady drove into the back of my Ecosport. Outsurance chose to sent my car to North City Panelbeaters for repairs. I had to sent my car back to the panelbeaters 3 times with faults like Colour defects, Scratch marks, Unpolished areas, Bolts/nuts scratched from spanners, Dust specs, Spray runs, Corners of tailgate bent and overspray. The owner of the Panelbeaters (Stewart) delivered my car to me in person and he just has a no care attitude. I complained to Outsurance to no avail as well as Ford SA as North City Panelbeaters is a Ford approved service provider. Ford SA's outcome after numerous calls and emails are “Please be advised that we have received feedback from the Production Engineer in which it has been confirmed that FMCSA will not be able to assist any further with the matter as the vehicle damages weren’t subjected to the manufacturing failure. Kindly note that from our side will then regard the concern as resolve.” All I am asking is that my car is fixed properly as service is delivered for the access I paid to the panelbeaters. </p>
