North City Panelbeaters

My insurance company selected for my vehicle to be fix at North City Panelbeaters. My car was not ready on the day they informed that its ready for collection. The owner Mr Stoov was aggressive and tried to bulldoze me into believing it was not their doing. He blamed the suppliers... I refuse to take my car back. I am not a valued customer there. An additional irritation is that the electronic locking system is now also not working.
