North City Panel Beaters abuse their power power toward me as a customer and are very inconsiderate of the inconvenience it brings

They kept my car from January till and I **** 2 times as to when I'll be receiving the vehicle and now they telling me they do not know when I will be receiving the vehicle. I'm the one who's always calling them for updates and they never get back to me. 1. They told me the car would be ready on the 1st of April and when I called on the 31 March the told me that the car was not stating due to missing relays. I was surprised because the relays were missing initially and were included in the claim and approved in January by Discovery for them to fix the relays. 2. On the 5th of April I decided to drive to their work shop only to find that no work had been done on the vehicle and I have pictures to prove it. They promised that the car would be done on the 8th April. 3. When I called them on the 12 April I was told by Brian that he cannot promise me any date anymore. That means I do not know when to expect my vehicle it could come after three years because the inconvenience of not having my car is not their problem. I'm disappointed in the way they treat customers and their dishonesty. I'm going to the NCC and MIOSA for assistance because I have no other options these people are taking advantage of me The vehicle number plate is DZ53TW GP
