No help from them

I had an accident with my car which was sent to the panelbeaters by my insurance. I waited a very long time for my vehicle a Volvo C 30 , when I got my car back my Traction control don't work, my car lighter were ****** out of my car, There were oil hand marks in my vehicle. My radio were stripped and *****s not installed again. I contacted the said panelbeaters to help me sort this problem out and ask them to give me an eta to fix my car because I need to make a plan for another vehicle, I couldn't get an answer from them. I contacted my Insurance to help me they talked to the panelbeaters to have the car back with them when they opened 2016, I were told they would contact me to bring my car in but to no avail, I want my car fixed as this happened while my car was with them, I also need an ETA on this I can't believe this are going on now for nearly 3 month and I don't get help from anybody at the panelbeater. If I don't get help I will get this fixed and they will pay the account to sort my car out, my car had a hole in the sump and everything got stripped I don't know why. Please I need help sorting this out.
