Disappointing customer service

I took my car in on the 1st of February and was told it would be ready by the 15th. No communication forthcoming from thier end. Made several calls and finally got through on the 16th. They only got back to me on the 17th still with no date of completion. Very disappointed that my insurance has chosen them as a service provider.
