Over 1 Hours Waiting Times, Manager swore Us

Had a really awful experience here and will never return. My brother in law got sworn at the manager of the establishment this weekend when asking why is our table not cleaned or sanitised in the 45 mins we waited for food? We were so hungry we couldn't bare it any longer. We waited about 5 mins for service. There were tables free. The waiters say they can't cope. We placed our order. Waiter doesn't even have a pen or paper. 30mins later nobody can find the waiter. We were even waiting to place an order for drinks. A couple came after us and got their drinks. We felt as if we had to beg for service and food. The manager felt he was doing us a favor and never even had the decency to apologize and say let me get your order sorted. He had a don't care attitude. If you go to a proper restaurant which are known brands they give you proper service and even apologize for their mess ups. Nonnas gives you nothing. Most unprofessional environment I have ever been to. Will never come back. I'd go eat halaal at a proper franchise. The owners should consider that as a halaal place you'll are chasing your customers away. You'll don't have the decency to even respond to your customers.
