Poor service

I was under debt review with Noko Financial Services for the past four years. No feedback. Never responded to my emails. False telephone promises if you are lucky to get a response. They continued to debit and pay my creditors even after my debts were settled.. My creditors were overpaid by more than R16000. 00. I then cancelled the debit order and the contract. Now they are refusing to refund the overpayment. When I called to debt counsellor screamed and shouted at me. Please send this review to them at: ***
