i have been with this redflag from 2014 and i paid up my accounts still im under debt review im flagged this company is non complient and is not picking up

failure to refund a customer since 2023
Noko National Debt Counsellors showed that their in this business not to assist us but continue to rob us. i wrote a Review and i recieved a call from Kgotso who is the employee in this company begging me to remove the review and i will recieve my refund and as i know them it was a promise that the cant keep because till to date i havent recieved anything. The finance lady Cynthia and the guy Godfree are forever on tea or not taking lines refered to them and never even bothered to call a customer back very sad. i learned to accept the outcome as this company has a number of negative reviews but we also need to make our fellow brothers and sisters of how unprofessional is this employees from an unprofessional company Lerato, Kgotso, Cynthia, Godfree and Lucky Cibe and and am not doing it to be spiteful but its an awareness to my fellow brothers and sisters not to fall in this trap of a company that doesn't have a respect for their customers just because we are desperate to be removed for red flag.
