NOKO FINANCIAL SERVICES pay back my money!!!!!

The most *********** people.I lodge a cancellation of their services in October 2023, in November 2023 they debited my account. I spoke to Godfrey on the 27th to pay me my refund, he said the money will be in my bank in 14 days. It’s the 25th of January 2024 and I still haven’t received my money. I call and email them every week, I’ve been taken from pillar to post and no one knows why I am not getting my money back. NOKO FINANCIAL SERVICES pay back my money. I’ve got kids that I can use it for!!!!!!!!!
