Noko Financial services debt review removal service offering - dismal at best.

I am unsatisfied with the level of no customer service with this institution. Started my application around September last year finished paying off my R 6 800 and case of debt counsellor removal was given to Lezaan Malaton.

Sent emails to Lezaan to contact me in December 2023 till today she hasn't, my money was good enough but clearly my case isn't.

No feedback is provided to the clients after the receipt of removal fee and completion of the application, your just a sitting duck.

Sent two follow-up emails to the callcenter and her and still no word from them.

Not sure the spam call recieved was from them however again if it was they only called once. Threatened to write a review, so here I am.

There has to be better companies that do what they say they will do and keep you updated. To the best of my recollection the 3 month period is over or nearing completion. However that is also an uneducated guess because I don't know what is going on.

The service is appalling.
