No idea of what they are doing.

They are so unprofessional. The consultant was very rude and transferred me to the manager without letting me know. The manager was very clueless and hung up on me when I asked questions. All I wanted was a clearance certificate but they are charging me legal fees which I find very ridiculous as I have paid up all my accounts. I wish the NCR can do something about these ****mers.
