This company is not functioning in good faith, they only exist to exploit unsuspecting clients. I came across them while I was doing a credit check, I called in to inquire about my credit score, and after paying for a credit report I was informed that I had a debt of just over R2k that was handed over to a debt collector and they also advised me that am blacklisted as a result and even if I instantly pay that minimal debt the debt collector would not remove my name from NCR blacklisting, consequently they assured me on record that I was their only option to obtain a clearance certificate, they charged me over R4k to negotiate on my behalf with the Debt Collector (DMC) and further promising that they Noko Financial Services would issue me with a clearanc certificate after settlement, I paid them what they sought but they never negotiated with DMC, months later I personally contacted DMC online and managed to pay the debt in full, in return the debt collector emailed me proof of settlement which I forwarded to Noko FS requesting the clearance certificate which they promised, only for Noko FSt o drag drag their feet and fail to give a straight answer. I even sent them an email to terminate their mandate requesting a refund, they ignored the email and when I called-in to inquire they demanded more money, claiming to have done work, even though there was never any progress on my file and they failed to forward proof of any such progress that they claim to have made.

Having later contacted Experian, I was informed that there is no trace that I had ever been blacklisted nor placed under debt review, in fact they revealed that I was only flagged as a slow payer which momentarily reduced my credit score at that time.
