Vodacom shake off ****

Hello, I've been with vodacom long now. I've been starting to play the shake off. Ive received all my puzzle pieces each one are short with one. So now when I shake they say sorry Uve already got this one. Everyday. Why am I not getting the last puzzle pieces? I'm not happy with vodacom anymore. Because I spend my airtime for nothing. They are lying.
