VODACOM

Tried this morning to cancell my contract *** , a Me Shongwe confirm that it has been done and that I will receive a email or sms confirming the cancellation, only to enquire later to find that the cancellaton was cancelled. By calling again a guy tried to convince me not to cancell and offered to change it from almist R500 per month to R99. He dont respect my decision to cancell but rather decided to aggrivate me. Same experience, same guy as when cancelling a contract last year!!! If I can give less than one star I would love to do that! If I want to take out a contract in future when my financial position change I really cant see why I should take out a contract with Vodacom????
