Vidaco worst fibre

Vodacom worst fibre. I posted a complaint two days ago. I phoned customer service again today. The consultant promised to phone me back before 18h00. No call received. Vodacom rep**** saying they contacted me personally what a lie! Just an automated system response. Its been 16 days now... no fibre, despite my debit order going through.
