Technition support extremely poor

Technition support to install fiber line and sort out fiber problems is very poor. They don't show up on appointments and they don't call the customers. Nokia don't take responsibility for poor service and blame Vodacom. Vodacom fiber line was installed on 23 Mei and still not working.
