Still don't have a phone its been two weeks now.

I’m so not happy with the service from Vodacom repairs and Nokia , I bought a Nokia 5 phone in January for business, on the 11th March it just went off never switch on again, I booked it in at East Gate Vodacom shop Job No: ********** 5 till today I still do not have a phone, and when I call for follow up I’ve been told that they waiting for parts and they don’t know how long I will still have to wait, so does that mean if it takes two months for them to get parts I will also have to wait that long to get a phone?
