send email to nokia no response

Hi hello peter i bouth a nokia lumia cell phone and it go to earoplane mode when i go and google i saw is a internation problem with this phones i send nokie a email to help me with my phone no response i try a lot of cell repair shop they cant help me. Dont what to day now. Please help
