Phone repair not done in 6 Weeks

I have submitted my two Samsung S4 phones for screen replacement on the 16/07/2015 at Nokia Care Three Rivers although they also do Samsung repairs for Samsung, after 2 weeks I contacted the Repair shop to ask if they have finished the phones, their answer was \sorry sir we had a problem with our package that contain the parts and an investigation will now start to find our package"well as any one know business is business. I left it there until Last week on the 18/08/2015 when I asked my wife to contact them"
